| Description: | Reporting to the ILRI Director General, the Director of Finance & Administration will implement and adapt systems needed to support the institute’s strategic objectives. As a member of the senior leadership team s/he will be involved in a range of strategic planning and internal initiatives to respond to a fast changing and complex environment. S/he will continually evaluate best industry practices in comparison to internal systems and needed resources, with an eye toward both future needs and budget realities. |
